By accessing or using Alogyan Academy's website, services, or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

• Enrollment in any program is subject to availability of seats in the batch.
• A confirmed enrollment requires successful payment of the course fee or initial deposit.
• Alogyan Academy reserves the right to deny enrollment to any applicant without providing a reason.
• Students must be at least 16 years of age to enroll. Students under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

• Students are expected to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible for the certification.
• Disruptive behavior, disrespect toward mentors or fellow students, or any form of academic dishonesty may result in immediate expulsion without a refund.
• All course materials, recordings, and resources provided are for personal use only and may not be shared or republished.

All course content, materials, code samples, projects, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of Alogyan Academy. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your personal educational purposes. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

• All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated.
• Payment can be made via UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or approved EMI plans.
• Failure to pay installments on time may result in suspension of access to course materials.

Alogyan Academy provides placement assistance and interview preparation support. However, we do not guarantee job placement. Outcomes depend on student performance, effort, and market conditions. Any claims from mentors or staff guaranteeing specific salaries or job roles are not binding on the academy.

Alogyan Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the enrolled course.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
