1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of the date of enrollment (payment confirmation).
  • You have attended no more than 2 demo or trial sessions.
  • You submit a refund request to support@alogyan.com with your enrollment details and reason.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Refund request is made after 7 days from enrollment date.
  • The student has attended more than 2 sessions of the paid batch.
  • Enrollment discounts, scholarships, or promotional offers are non-refundable.
  • Failure to attend scheduled sessions or complete assignments is not grounds for a refund.
  • Batch transfer fees and administrative fees are non-refundable.

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered at Alogyan Academy's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Medical emergencies or serious illness (documentation required).
  • Relocation making in-person attendance impossible.
  • Significant course content changes made after enrollment without prior notice.

In such cases, the refund amount will be prorated based on sessions remaining and minus any administrative costs.

4. Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

  • Email us at support@alogyan.com with subject line "Refund Request – [Your Full Name]".
  • Include your enrollment ID, phone number, and brief reason for the request.
  • Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Batch Transfers & Deferrals

Instead of a refund, you may choose to:

  • Transfer your enrollment to a future batch (one-time, subject to availability).
  • Defer your enrollment by up to 3 months due to genuine personal reasons.

A nominal batch transfer fee of ₹500 applies. Deferrals beyond 3 months will not be accommodated.
